Mind Body Music NYC's hugely fun & highly rated group music classes combine play, music education and social emotional learning (SEL)! In each 40-minute class, you can expect to sing/dance to engaging new and old songs, play with instruments and stimulating musical props, learn from our puppet guest, enjoy bubbles, story time and much more!
WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT: Our program, backed by experts in child development, provides all the benefits and fun of a music class while simultaneously incorporating SEL. Your child will sing and dance their way into developing important life skills such as empathy, emotional regulation, and communication!
You can continue the fun outside of class with our Mind Body Music NYC children's album (wherever you stream music) and our YouTube channel @msoliviaandbarry :)

The instructor was very engaging and personal. She makes it a point to remember each child's name and include them in the class regardless of age. She also was able to continue through the chaos of random tantrums and outbursts without missing a beat. She was wonderful!

About Mind Body Music NYC
Mind Body Music NYC's hugely fun group classes combine play, music education and social emotional learning! We play original songs that incorporate social emotional learning so that your child learns about regulating their emotions and interacting with others. Our classes are now backed by child development experts at BabyChildTeen@NYU!
