Class Experience
Are you working and still need to have your kids taken care of after the camp? Leave them with us for another couple of hours for peace of mind and get that thing done you've been putting off for a while now. Or just go take a nap! Sleep is so important and we never seem to get enough of it. In any case, your kids are in good hands.

- Prior to first class – 90% refund of the tuition amount
- Prior to the second class – 70% refund
- Prior to the third class – 50% refund
- No refund is available after the third class

The effort Frau Jackson puts into preparing her classes. The content is wonderful. She has great teaching skills and is so patient and caring with the kids

It wasn't super professional which allowed it to have a chill non anxious environment. We also got to talk amongst one another and it was fun.

Birgitt taught us how to make a variety of different authentic German dishes. She was patient and took her time to make sure everyone was successful and enjoyed their food.

The end result was delicious!! I can't wait for the Schnitzel class.
Improvements:
Getting the ingredients prep instructions a few days ahead of class would have been very helpful so the class time would be spent assembling ingredients not cutting & chopping and assembling -- we were scrambling to keep up with directions. It would've also been helpful for the ingredient list to clarify the weight or approx size of the beef cuts, and if possible, to recommend where to get ingredients like beef bones; HEB and HEB Central Market didn't have them.
