Class Experience
This workshop is for all levels. We will be meeting for 4 weeks.
All batik supplies are provided.
You will be learning the techniques of batik with cotton fabrics, color fabric dyes, and melted beeswax. You will use those techniques to apply patterns and images to your work. The artists get to work with interesting tools, meet new people, or bring a friend as we explore working with fiber art!

Other Things To Know
Due to the small size of our classes and the planning that needs to take place, we are not able to issue refunds for missed classes.
For classes with a waitlist, if we are able to fill your spot, we are happy to issue a refund.
Covid-19 Precautions
Masks are optional when attending any of our indoor classes or events. ArtFarm reserves the right to update our mask policy at anytime, notice will be given in advance if anything changes.

Nice sense of community. Enjoyed the easygoing and supportive nature of the instructor. Enjoyed everyone in the class- all made some great batiks!!!

Mischelle was so clear with Information and demonstrations. Made us feel comfortable and willing to experiment- and so nice to work with such a positive group of artists. Our teacher had great one on one rapport with us as we worked through the process of batik. She supported each one of us with a gentle way. Music excellent and completely organized - just an amazing experience!

Loved:
I loved the format. Just 2 days, just 2 hours a day. It was easy to fit in with my busy “mom” schedule and it wasn’t overwhelming! I loved being there in person with some lovely people being creative. I also learned a lot.
