Class Experience
Our animal care volunteer shifts are 2 hours long, and you will be helping take care and learn all about caring for the animals on the ranch. This is a VOLUNTEER shift. This is not a class, and does not include any riding.
Class Requirements
- This is a 100% Volunteer shift
- Non-Riding shift
- Must be able to work outside, moving, lifting, and caring for animals
- We are not able to trade or barter for riding
- Participants are only permited during scheduled shift
- If child is under 12, parent must be present and participating at all times
- All minors must be signed up, with waivers signed by legal guardian
Other Things To Know
For kids under 12, parents are required to sign up and participate WITH their minor at all times.
What To Bring
- Closed toe shoes
- Water and food as needed
- Sun protection
- A sense of humor and open mind...our animals are silly!
