Great for learning balance, focus, discipline. And a lot of fun! The instructor Miss Olga is patient and an expert in her field. Great with kids.

Loved:
An important part of Tai Chi is learning its philosophy and movements , both of which are definitely loved. Neither could be accomplished without Myke, our instructor. In total, I guess Myke is what I love most about the class. His knowledge, skills, patience, and love of the art are constantly conveyed.
Improvements:
More of a variety in the class packages that can be purchased. Obviously, increased package deals are always an improvement.
