Class Experience
Students will create functional & nonfunctional art using slab construction, clay pinching methods, coil technique, and texture design. See the beauty of the final results as your pieces come out of the kiln. Students will build with clay in week 1-3 and learn how to glaze their artwork in week 4. All artworks will be fired in our offsite kiln and pickups will be scheduled 1-3 weeks after the last class of the month. If you are interested but unsure, we offer a tryout class in week 1 or 2 each month.

My daughter looks forward to art class every week! Lessons are fun and connected to art history in some way which I really like. All kids’ ideas and voices are all celebrated and heard.
