Class Experience
Preschool Ages 3-5
Enhance your child’s motor skills, listening, balance, and social skills through fun gymnastics oriented activities. These are the building blocks for a lifetime of physical activity and sports.
Activities include:
-Warm up/Stretching
-Obstacle Courses
-Games/Parachute
-Movement Songs
-Introduction to gymnastics
Preschool gymnastics is as much about learning to be a part of a group, and to follow coaches instructions, as it is about an introduction to skills.
Our three main rules in preschool are:
1. Following coaches instructions
2. Staying with the coach
3. Keeping themselves and others safe. KiPS coaches are committed to helping every child participate safely and happily.
In cases where preschoolers consistently struggle to follow the rules, we will ask that parents join the class with the child.
Other Things To Know
Enrollment may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the session begins. Cancellations made after this time are credited to your KiPS account at 70% of the remaining classes.

Creative obstacles courses
Improvements:
Teachers were not engaged with the students leaving the kids to run around without redirection. They are in preschool so need that. Most of the class the kids spent waiting in line for an activity leaving the kids who were more active and advanced to run around making up their own things to do. It wasn’t very challenging.

Coach Nicole is a saint - she deserves a raise and an assistant! We love her direction while still exuding kindness, open communication, and her expertise.
Improvements:
I find my daughter does best when she has an additional helper with her group.
