Bear Cubs

The Bear Cubs class is a fun and inclusive Grownup & Me program designed for families with children of all ages, starting as young as 7 months (crawling). Whether your baby is beginning to explore movement or your older child is eager to join the fun, this class provides a perfect opportunity for the whole family to participate together. Each family must have at least one adult attending, creating a shared, engaging experience for everyone.

This class introduces structure in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. Younger children explore social interaction and motor skills, while older children build confidence and refine their abilities. With adaptable activities that cater to each child's developmental stage, Bear Cubs ensures that all children can engage and thrive at their own level.

Together, we enjoy lively group activities like singing, dancing, and interactive games that promote listening skills and encourage social interaction. High-energy segments focus on movement, balance, gymnastics fundamentals, and building strength. Throughout the class, we emphasize teamwork, turn-taking, and learning through play, making it a wonderful bonding experience for the whole family.
