Class Experience
Artists will learn the basics of audiovisual creation by ideating, shooting, editing & scoring a short film of their own in a small group setting using iPads & iMovie.
As part of the film creation, each artist will create the score/soundtrack to their short film using professional equipment & software.
All creative levels are welcome.
No film or music-making experience is necessary.

Thank you for registering your child. • Late policy: For every 15 minutes that a child is waiting after the end of class/extended art, there will be a $5 late charge. Thank you for respecting the time of our teaching artists. • When packing snacks for your child after school, please note that the Vibe Studio is a NUT FREE space for the safety of some of our artists who have severe allergies. Thank you for understanding.

They loved making movies and watching movies. Facility was nice! Instructors were nice.
Improvements:
They didn’t learn anything new— was under the impression they’d be using garage band or the music studio to be learning about soundtrack?? There was no music studio element to this camp at all. Would have loved to learn more and have an assignment or some thing to challenge. They just made movies on iPads all day and watched some short films every day.

Sora always learns so much about sewing from Ms Xea, and at the end of the week had a twin-sized quilt that she worked hard on and felt very proud of.

Is there a way to share patterns or sketches or instructions so that some of the smaller projects (pouches) could be made again at home?
