Class Experience
In this FREE 12-week course students will expand their filmmaking skills and take their creative work to the next level. Use professional level equipment and software for scriptwriting, filming, and editing while creating short films that highlight important community topics. Guided by experienced filmmakers, you'll collaborate in small groups to produce impactful projects that address real-world issues. By the end, you'll not only have a finished film but also a deeper understanding of how media can drive social change.

Class Requirements
- This class is for students who have participated in any of our Intro to Filmmaking or PSA classes only.
- Prior experience in lieu of requirements must be approved by Program Manager
- Parents must provide signed permission form and video waiver for the current school year
- Students eligible for Student Service Learning (SSL) hours based on attendance and participation.
Other Things To Know

Not traditional homework, but you will be asked to do a bit of research or writing between classes.
