Pre-Travel Program (B2018-B2019)

PLEASE NOTE: This program is by coach invitation only! To be eligible to participate in this program, players must be born between 2018 and 2019 and have at least 1 year of soccer experience in addition to an interest in playing travel soccer within 2-3yrs. 

Groups will be divided based on age and ability, and practice will keen on individual technical development. Over the past years Soccer Legion FC has offered all girls and boys the ability to try out for the Accelerated Soccer Program. The program has been an enormous success.  

Its purpose is to give interested children access to professional training curriculum and to prepare them for the travel soccer competition. This program is led by USSF & USC licensed professional coaches.

The fee along with club subsidies covers the cost of: One (1) Training Session per week, a Training T-shirt, a Soccer Ball, and participation in 6-8 games on weekends over the course of a season.  Soccer Legion FC has parterned with local clubs to create a fun & safe environement for kids to develop their skills and passion.

Commitment: The Pre-Travel program carries a greater time and financial commitment than our Local Legends Soccer Program.

There is a much greater commitment to the team. Attendance at training sessions is crucial. We staff our best coaches with the younger ages because the beginning is the most important part of any work. And because we believe the game to be the best teacher, we strongly recommend children to play as many games as possible. Our playing policies dictates that every player plays a minimum of 50% of every game over the course of the season (not per game). 

Selection of travel teams next year, will be partially based on commitment demonstrated throughout the year and improvements made. Players born in 2018 will get first look and will be the age group to particpate in indoor tournaments.

Camps are also a great way for players to develop while having fun.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness in our cancellation policies. Please review the following terms based on how you booked your program:

Bookings Made Through Sawyer's Marketplace:

- If you choose to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the start of camp, we offer a credit towards a future program. No refunds will be issued for marketplace bookings.

Bookings Made Directly Through Our Website (www.soccerlegion.com):

- Free cancellation and a full refund are available up to 48 hours before the start of the program.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the program are non-refundable.

Classes cancelled due to inclement weather, will be made up at the end of the season. 

We reserve the right to remove players from program if deemed inappropriate by staff. Player would be recommended to less structured developmental programs.
