Discover and explore piano & drumming!
Join Miss Erin for a super fun deep dive into the musical elements of melody & rhythm! Learn high and low, the unique sounds of different instruments and how they work, and practice keeping a steady beat through singing, dancing, and playing instruments!
For children ages 3-5 to enjoy with a parent or caregiver. Curriculum created and provided by The Music Playhouse of Chicago.
Please note this is an introductory class for piano & drumming to learn the basic concepts of reading music and how instruments work.

Makeup Policy: Because this curriculum is cumulative, there will be no makeups or drop-ins, however, if you miss a class, you may come 15 minutes early or stay 15 minutes after the next class for a private lesson to stay caught up. Advanced notice of the absence is required to be eligible for a makeup mini private lesson.

I love how much my daughter is learning about different musical instruments, melodies, and rhythm! She comes home singing songs learned in class and is so excited to attend each week. Ms. Erin is very engaging and the activities she plans are fun for both me and my preschooler!

The location was very hot, the room was not safe for babies with it being under renovation, not enough play items during down times

I’m very sorry for the discomfort and unexpected renovations during your class. We weren’t notified in advance about the work being done, and we will be taking that up with the building. We don't have control of the heat in that room, but we were able to get it resolved with the building later that day. I’d love to make this right—I will be reaching out.
