Class Experience

Welcome back (or welcome for the first time) to Antisocial Anonymous Week 2, where the vibes are as low-key as ever, and awkward moments are fully embraced. This week brings more quirky, creative, and chill activities designed for teens who’d rather not be in the spotlight. Whether it’s quiet solo fun or subtle group bonding, this camp is all about enjoying yourself without the pressure of too much interaction.

Key Activities

  • Silent Pictionary Battles: Express your artistic genius (or stick-figure skills) without saying a word. The winning team gets bragging rights (through subtle head nods).

  • Marble Maze Mayhem: Design the most intricate, outrageous marble run you can imagine, then silently dominate the competition.

  • DIY Quirk Art: This week’s project? Turning random everyday items into something oddly awesome. Fork sculptures? Cardboard castles? Anything goes.

  • Movie Marathon Madness: More 80s and 90s classics (Back to the Future, Clueless, The Goonies) to watch in blissful silence with popcorn in hand.

  • Group-ish Projects: If the group’s into it, craft a massive, ironic "Awkward is Awesome" banner to hang in the Rec Room. If not, no pressure.

Notes

A full day of camp for teens is 8:30am - 3:30pm. We strive not to over schedule this age group so if extended day is needed, we will ensure there are age appropriate options in our Discovery Zones that can be more interesting than smart phones, but phones are welcome provided they can be put away during core camp experiences.

Sample Class Format

  • 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Awkward Morning Warm-Up

Ease into the day with a solo or quiet group activity. Choices include doodling, light stretches, or silently lining up Connect Four pieces like a pro.

  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Rebellion in the Rec Room

Play arcade basketball, dominate at ping pong, or tackle retro games. Prefer to sit quietly in the corner and just watch? Totally fine too.

  • 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Snack & Social-Free Chill Time

Enjoy a quiet snack break without anyone asking, “What are you working on?” Share subtle smiles over snacks or sip your drink dramatically in silence.

  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Quirk Hour

Day 1: Silent Pictionary Battles

Day 2: Marble Maze Mayhem

Day 3: DIY Quirk Art Creation

Day 4: Create a sarcastic camp anthem (lyrics optional, awkwardness guaranteed).

Day 5: Group Silent Relay Challenge (Yes, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds).

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Lunch Break

Eat where you want, how you want. Share awkward but endearing glances with your fellow campers or focus solely on your sandwich—it’s your vibe.

  • 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Discovery Zone Exploration

Choose your own adventure in the Discovery Zones:

3D Puzzles for solo brainy fun.

Pendulum Drip Canvas Art to create chill, mesmerizing patterns.

Retro Games Redux to replay the golden days of gaming.

Air Hockey & Ping Pong Tables for quiet-but-intense competition.

Micro Squish Pets Center for relaxing, tactile crafting.

  • 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM: Movie Marathon Madness

Kick back and watch iconic 80s or 90s films like Clueless, The Breakfast Club, or Back to the Future. Silent reactions encouraged; dramatic fist pumps optional.

  • 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM: Awkward Showcase

Celebrate the week’s highlights—awkwardly, of course. Share your marble maze, quirk art, or camp anthem with the group (or don’t). No pressure, no judgment.

  • 3:15 PM – 3:30 PM: Reflection & Wrap-Up

End the day with a subtle thumbs-up, a knowing glance, or a dramatic walkout worthy of an 80s movie montage.

Why You’ll Love It

Because sometimes the best fun happens when no one’s forcing you to “just put yourself out there.” Come for the quiet activities, stay for the ironic camp anthem, and leave knowing you nailed the silent awkward vibe like a pro.

  • Antisocial never looked so cool.
