Ages 6-8: Art Camp with Printmaking!

Morning: Kids Art Camp
At ArtFarm, creativity and exploration take center stage! Our Kids Art Camp is the perfect way for young artists to dive into the world of art fundamentals while experimenting with a wide variety of materials. Each week, our teachers will introduce campers to inspiring artists—both past and present—and guide them through exciting projects that range from drawing and painting to printmaking and sculpture. We prioritize the creative process over the final product, encouraging kids to express themselves and discover their unique artistic voices. It’s all about learning, having fun, and creating something beautiful together!

Afternoon: Mixed Media Printmaking
This camp is an engaging introduction to the versatile world of printmaking! Campers will explore a variety of printmaking techniques, including stenciling, relief printing, and working with gelatin plates. Printmaking offers endless possibilities for experimentation, allowing young artists to embrace their creativity and explore the medium's unique qualities. As the week progresses, participants will combine multiple techniques to create stunning mixed-media final projects. 

It’s the perfect blend of learning, innovation, and artistic fun!

Campers will need to pack a lunch and bring a water bottle to enjoy during the lunch break (12-1) in our lounge area.
