Class Experience
This class is designed for students who are ready for more ballet technique but still want to have a class full of imagination and fun. We will introduce using the ballet barre, center and across the floor sequences and we will add more compound step combinations and added port de bras (arm movements).
Our classes will focus on flexibility, balance, learning choreography/improvisation and developing performance skills, which really boost self confidence and sets up a dancer for success in the next level class (Ballet 1) Class runs 50 mins

What’s not to love! Karen is an excellent dance instructor. My daughter had a smile on her face the whole time and it genuinely brought a tear to my eye.

The instructor was patient with the kids and provided great instructions for a beginner dance class. My daughter felt right at home and really looks forward to her next dance session. Not to mention it is one of the most affordable dance classes I have seen so far.

Tap is a bit of a brain teaser, and one of the things that medical professionals tell you is that you need to challenge your brain to learn new things as you age. So great exercise for the post menopausal brain
Improvements:
I wish it were earlier in the day (11:15-12:15), but all the other ladies work 8:30-5:30 and the kids have the studio 3:30-8, so this is the only workable time. But if a Monday adult before 3pm class were to work out, I’ll be there.
