Class Experience
This semester's recipes will highlight the best of Spring, using fresh, vibrant ingredients to make both sweet and savory snacks! We'll see lot of fruits, veggies and fresh herbs - and learn to use them all in fun and creative ways. SNEAK PEAK: you'll get to make things like donuts, pizza, mini muffins, fruit crisp, smoothies, biscuits and more!
In each 60 minute class, students will make a different treat, with time to taste and with plenty to bring home and share!
Please note: make-up and rescheduling of classes is not permitted. Please confirm all dates work for you before registering.
Thursday Dates: 4/3, 4/10, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29NOTE: No Class 4/17 (SPRING BREAK)

Week 2: Creamy Cucumber Dip with Buttered Crackers

Week 5: Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
Week 6: White Pizza with Shaved Spring Veggies
Week 7: Fruit Kebabs with Yogurt Dipping Sauce
Week 8: Everything Bagel Pastries with Scallion Cream Cheese

Due to the nature of these recurring semester classes, we are unable to allow rescheduling or make up classes. Please ensure all dates work for you prior to registering. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes.
