Class Experience
This class is designed for senior kindergarten and first grade friends! Yoga is all play for these busy yogis! We explore yoga through moving, stretching, posing, and breathing. Each class includes our warm-up, a song complete with yoga poses, breathwork, balancing series, and relaxation. We focus on fun through a developmental lens while we pose and relax. Come move and play with BBKY!
