Class Experience
Minni classes for ages 1.5–3 are designed just for the littlest mess makers (and players) to attend with their caregivers. Weekly stations and projects focus on process, fostering creativity and exploring a range of tactile materials.
Minni Explorers classes expose little ones to a wide range of art processes, from printing and painting to collage exploration. Planned projects and inventive stations focus on developing fine motor skills and playful creativity. Get ready to print, paint, sculpt and stack your way around the globe!
Beginning in Fall 2023, Minni will require full semester participation and will no longer offer single class drop-ins or class pack registrations. Each class is part of a comprehensive curriculum meant to build upon skills and projects developed from one week to the next. If you register after the semester has commenced, the price will be automatically pro-rated for only the remaining dates.
Artwork Pickup Policy: We encourage Minni participants to take artwork home with them when they leave their activities, unless artwork needs to dry and cannot be transported. All artwork not picked up within two weeks of after the activity will be recycled.

If you are new to Minni, please complete our required waiver before the first day of class: https://minni.space/waiver/ Please note classes for ages 1.5-3 have the capacity for 1 parent or caregiver per student only. This is not a drop-off class. Adult participation is required. We welcome drop-ins, however please enroll at least 24 hours before a scheduled class to reserve your spot. We require enrollment of three students to run a class. We will email you in advance to transfer your child to another class or issue a full refund if we do not have the required enrollment. As Nell has grown, she has found new, not always anticipated, ways to work with the materials. Amy is unfailingly encouraging and supportive. She finds a wonderful balance between guiding the children and letting them explore.

Lydia is the best! We love our weekly class at Minni! The classes are so flexible and tailored to toddlers and their need to move and try new things. I love how creativity (and messes) are celebrated in these classes!

The instructor was engaging and prioritized each child understanding the theme of the ray’s class but interpreting it in their own way at their own pace. It was a cute environment and I loved the ethos that mess is fine! They rotated through enough activities to keep the children engaged without overwhelming or rushing them — we had a great overall experience!
Improvements:
The space could be a bit tidier, but this wasn’t a real issue!
