🌟 Immersion Learning: Flexible and Guaranteed Fluency
All classes are immersion, but we will explain things in English if absolutely necessary.
đź”· We all learned our first language through immersion, so we ask you to trust our 100% guaranteed fluency process.
Every 4 weeks we start a new theme. Join at any time. We will make it easy for you to join in by sending you the class materials within 24 hours after registration.
đź”· Drop in to only the class dates you can attend, or sign up for the rest of the semester - prorated in your cart. Either one is possible, and easy to follow along. But of course, we always suggest 2 classes a week to see consistent progress.
🌟 What Will Your Child Do in Class?
Every 4 weeks, we dive into an interactive story written by TruFluency Kids, focusing on key vocabulary and phrases.
Each step towards fluency takes around 50 hours but that also greatly depends on each student’s individual journey.
🌟Class Activities Include:
đź”· Hands-on activities to connect learning to actual doing.
đź”· Guessing and word games.
đź”· Fun computer games for extra practice.
đź”· Movement games (Get Up and Go!) for 5-minute action-packed learning
đź”· Listening to/reading and acting out stories.
đź”· Listening to and acting out songs that go with the stories to reinforce vocabulary and grammar in a natural immersion environment.
đź”· FOCUS ON CONVERSATION and getting kids confident responding in complete sentences, to fully master the language.
🌟What can my child do outside of class? You will receive:
đź”· Access to Rockalingua.com for songs, movies, cartoons, and online games ($240 Value).
đź”· An original TFK storybook for bedtime stories you can use nightly.
đź”· An original TFK song that goes with the storybook to sing while making dinner.
đź”· Access to TFK audiobook to listen to in the car.
đź”· Access to TFK games that go along with our lessons.

Loved:
The instructor is kind and engaging. She works to explain things in spanish rather than switching to english. She is encouraging and made the class fun.
Improvements:
Instead of accepting an answer as sà or no, push for the complete sentence. Por ejemplo: “¿Eres timida?” Accepted answer from the teacher is sà or no when it’d be great to have them practice, “Sà soy timida” etc.

Loved:
The instructor gave all the kids a turn to speak. It was interesting.
Improvements:
Some of the kids were disrespectful, but the instructor handled it well so it wasn’t too disruptive.

Loved:
The teacher is wonderful and the kids have a great time
Improvements:
The kids should be required to only speak in Spanish. The class should be limited to a specific age— my son is 8 and other kids are 6, so the pace is too slow for him and conjugations could more aggressively be taught if he was with other 8 year olds. It’s too expensive for a group class

About TruFluency Kids Spanish Immersion
TruFluency Kids Spanish Immersion was started in 2010 in person in Dallas, TX by Micah Bellieu, 15 + year second language acquisition researcher who has gotten fluent in Spanish, French and Japanese. Her Bellieu Method for fluency is employed by all Spanish speaking native instructors who are professional teachers. The Bellieu Method focuses on speaking and a question/answer with stories method that gives faster progress than other methods since it creates constant conversation throughout the class.
