Class Experience
Our weekly postpartum support group offers a safe and welcoming space for new parents to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. This free group provides emotional support, practical tips, and valuable resources to help navigate the physical and emotional journey after childbirth. Our Fourth Trimester Support Group is here to uplift you through your unique postpartum experience, offering community and connection.
This class is being held exclusively at Canopy in our private classroom and is free for both members and non-members to attend. Come as you are, and feel free to bring your newborn or come by solo.

Improvements:
More interaction and more instruments and sensory stuff for the kids to do. It was a pretty passive class. Also the room temperature was extremely warm making both me and my baby uncomfortable at the end of the class.

Improvements:
This comment is about The Canopy in general. Ever since Canopy has doubled down on the space being members only except for class time, we have had a few disappointing experiences. Today, my partner and daughter arrived 10min before class began and were told this was too early to be there. They ended up making an "exception" to let them in. 10min is clearly not trying to take advantage of the space. Even ~15min before or after is a reasonable period; please have some grace for busy caretakers.

Shai had such a great time today! I really liked the open play for an extended time coupled with a small fun activity and snacks for the kids. Wish there were more events like this, we would totally attend!
