Class Experience
The French Weekend Discovery for toddlers is a weekly in-person class on Saturdays, designed for children 2 to 4 years old. It is an ideal way to expose your child to the French Language while keeping them engaged and responsive.
During these 45 minutes of language discovery, young students will enjoy storytelling, singalong, role play, movements, and the introduction of language concepts (numbers, introductions, colors, animals, food, etc.) in the form of engaging activities and pedagogical games.
The class includes different fun activities like arts & crafts, puppets, and much more.
To ensure a catered approach and teaching experience, each session is limited to 6 students.
The class is taught by an experienced and engaging native French instructor in a semi-immersive environment.
Our mission is to make learning and speaking a new language a fun and positive experience for little ones!
For consistency of the classes and learning process of all students, we encourage full semester registration. For drop-ins/single class, please contact us.

Class Requirements
Classes are adapted to the age range of the group and designed for beginners, faux-beginners, and students with some knowledge of the language that could use some basic reinforcement. Therefore, no prior language experience is necessary.
Basics - such as greetings and introductions - and topics from prior lessons are reviewed at the beginning of each session. A new topic is introduced every week. Students who sign up in the middle of the semester will still be able to catch up - with worksheets from previous lessons. It’s never too late to enroll!
We are following a strict Covid-19 prevention protocol in accordance with the CDC and NY State Guidelines. As a result, to participate in this session, each student must have filled out a class waiver and liability before the first day of his/her sessions. We are taking every precaution to ensure a COVID-safe environment including mask-wearing, hand sanitizer, physical distancing, and temperature checks. Additionally, all our teachers are vaccinated.
We require all students over 2 years old to fully cover the nose & mouth, immediately upon arrival & at all times during your session(s). Masks may not be removed at any time during the session.
Social distancing must be observed by anyone attending at all times, as outlined by CDC & NY Safety guidelines.
Please note that our requirements will be adapted according to the CDC recommendations.

We absolutely adore the Korean class at Tribeca Language! The staff is amazing—warm, welcoming, and friendly. The Korean teacher is exceptional—she’s incredibly patient, caring, and has a wealth of experience with both younger and older children. Every time the class ends, all we see are happy faces. Our child has been attending for two years and loves it!

I highly recommend enrolling your child as early as possible; there's a point where you’ll see such impressive growth, and it’s truly a joy to witness! :)

My son had so much fun in his Korean class! The instructor is warm, friendly and great at her job. This is the perfect play based learning Korean class! I highly recommend this class and will be back!
