Class Experience
We love our older preschoolers and kindergarteners! They have such natural curiosity and their inquisitivity fuels their desire to learn and enrich their language. In these playclasses, teachers will lead students in fun interactive games, catchy songs, conversation questions, tinker crafts, sensory activities and more. Always high-energy and engaging, lessons will help these little ones fall in love with language, learning and exploration.
This class is interdisciplinary in nature, where we help students develop all sorts of skills using language (counting, patterns, opposites, prepositions, reasoning, critical thinking, etc.) around a bunch of fun themes geared specifically for this age group. We can’t wait to play and explore in Spanish with your young learner!
This is a full Spanish immersion class is open to all Levels II+, but specifically designed for Level III (Intermediate) and beyond. See level descriptions here. The difference between this class and small group class is 1) class size, and 2) mixed experience levels.

What you'll learn
- Class is conducted in close to full Spanish immersion (occasional English word for clarification, and some students may respond in English) Open to all Levels II+, but specifically designed for Level III (Intermediate) and beyond. See level descriptions here.
Sample Class Format
- Each day we greet each other, introduce the theme, and then do theme-related activities, songs, games, etc. - all high energy and engaging.
- Then at the end of class we do some sort of hands-on activity like sensory play, tinker craft, or STEM activity, using items you likely already have at home!
Other Things To Know
Your child may need some basic support on your end at the beginning, but once they are familiar with class format you will likely be able to step away and only offer help if needed. But you're also welcome to stick around!
Refunds are available (minus 6.99% processing fee) for up to 3 days from date of booking, or up to 3 days before class/event begins, whichever comes first. After that, refunds will not be available.
How To Participate
Attend class via Zoom video
This class will be hosted on Zoom video conferencing platform. You will receive an email 30 minutes before class starts with a link to the class and access instructions. We recommend you make sure your device is up to date and meets all system requirements before class.
What To Bring
- Full materials list will be provided for you; we try to only require items that you already likely have at home or can easily find at the supermarket.

Miss Kayla is great, very engaging and loves her students. Love the difference themes each class.
Improvements:
I was under the impression this was an immersion class, meaning just Spanish would be spoken (or at least most of the time) It's more like 50/50. You have kids who don't speak Spanish taking a lot of the teachers time, so she has to use both languages for clarification. If the class was just Miss Kayla speaking Spanish only, and everyone else muted until the end of class, that would improve the immersion experience in my opinion.

Love the idea of a skill based Spanish class- much more engaging than a typical Spanish class
Improvements:
Still unclear what time it ends, never seems to end on time which is hard for bedtime Speaking/reminding to the kids that it doesn’t have to be perfect, my 5 yr old gets discouraged by not making a perfect picture :/. Other drawing channels sometimes have good slogans like “the most important thing is to have fun and practice - it doesn’t have to look like the teacher”

This class is fun and engaging. Kaila is kind, attentive, and keeps my 5 year old's attention. I love that it's mostly in Spanish but that she offers support to meet all students where they are at, and that my son is getting to do one of his favorite hobbies in Spanish! He looks forward to it every time!

About Bilingüitos Spanish Immersion
Bilingüitos exists to cultivate and celebrate bilingualism all around us. We are specifically passionate about equipping bilingual families to connect with their family's heritage language TOGETHER through meaningful connection. We do this virtually through interactive and engaging Spanish immersion classes, featuring our signature Bilingüitos curriculum developed by linguist and childhood bilingualism specialist Kaila Diaz.
Beyond the virtual classroom, we are a vibrant and diverse community of families who are passionate about bilingualism and dedicated to instilling a lifelong love for learning in their children. We delight in bringing these local bilingual communities together through playdates, storytimes, seasonal parties, movie nights, and other events all around their area.
