Class Experience
This class is for anyone who took Intermediate Part 3 or anyone who meets the minimum skills listed below.
Minimum Skills:
*can read and write in Hiragana and Katakana
*knows ~masu, ~u, ~te and ~tai forms in the unfinished tense
*numbers up to 9,999
*telling time
*talking about dates and days of the week
All conversations and materials will be written in Japanese syllabary. I do not set a specific curriculum in order to be able to address the needs of each group of students in each section. Material will likely include talking about destinations and modes of transportation, using large numbers and incorporation of many questions already studied such as family relationships.

Other Things To Know
Classes are non-refundable unless we cancel. In the event your scheduled teacher is unable to teach the scheduled class, we will first attempt to provide a substitute. If a substitute is not available, we will attempt to re-schedule.
How To Participate
You will receive an email 30 minutes before class starts with a link to the class and access instructions.

This is such a creative program! I love that the activities incorporate so many disparate elements - reading, science, art, keyboarding, improv etc.

The verity of things to do...and the fact that the instructor (Teresa Davis) had the patience of a saint! My granddaughter has social issues and Teresa was great in guiding and keeping her focused on the task at hand...and managing other high maintenance kids at the same time...kudos to her...I hope she continues during the summer break...
