Class Experience
Little Book Club by Connections Academics is a literacy class for young readers that focuses on making reading FUN! Students will explore themed books each week, followed by a similarly themed literacy lesson. Taught by a licensed teacher, each lesson incorporates age-appropriate skills including reading comprehension, fluency, vocabulary and more. After a read-aloud and lesson, students get to dive into a book-related craft that they take home each week. Crafts will include many different art supply options for students to choose from. Little Book Club aims to cultivate a lifelong love for reading, while providing fun academic and social opportunities for children to develop valuable skills.
