Welcome to MAKE/ART: Creative Open Studio
Explore creativity at our open studio, where the only limit is your imagination. Designed for makers and creators of all ages, our Open Studio offers a unique space for free-form creation and innovation. Book your studio time by the hour and dive into an array of artistic and crafting materials that await your touch.
For Our Young Artists (Ages 4-16): Bring your little ones for a delightful hour of crafting and creating! Each session for children aged 4 to 16 requires the joyful company of an adult, ensuring a fun and safe experience as you create side by side.
For Independent Creators (Ages 16 and Up): Creators 16 and up are welcome to explore their artistic talents in our inspiring environment. Enjoy a session of spontaneous creation, where you can experiment with various materials and tools in a supportive and freeing atmosphere.

Notes
Sessions are booked by the hour. Guest who work into any part of the next hour will be charged for the full hour, no proration or discounts for the additional added hours.
Class Requirements
- Sessions are booked in one hour increments.
- No refunds, credits, or prorated pricing for any unused time.
- Email contact@designhivela.com if you need to change your booked time. We'll happily transfer you to a different time slot (subject to availability).
Sample Class Format
- Our open studio sessions are one hour unstructured times to explore art supplies and maker materials while playing with creative experimentation.
- There are no lessons taught during these sessions.
- Guests have the freedom to use the designated supplies from our Maker Table to make and create as their artistic and innovatived spirit moves them. The Maker Table contains simple technology, art supplies, and craft materials.
- Want to stay longer? No problem! Pay on site or we can auto-charge your original method of payment.
Other Things To Know
Adult presence/participation required for artists under 16. Sixteen and over can drop off. Unaccompanied makers ages 16 and up are limited to one hour.
This class is non-refundable.
