Spice up date night with a hands-on cooking experience designed for food lovers! Shake up the evening with a refreshing Mango Margarita, then master the art of a homemade Caesar Salad, complete with crisp croutons and creamy dressing. Indulge in the ultimate comfort dish—Lobster Mac & Cheese, rich, cheesy, and decadent. Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with a luscious Peanut Butter Lava Cake. Cook, sip, and savor a romantic night to remember!

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

• Two seats in the class
• Live, step-by-step cooking instruction
• Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Mark’s energy and education. He was very enthusiastic and obviously loves what he does.
Improvements:
The salad was a bit simple. I enjoyed snaking the dressing though.

Finding a way for amateurs not to use too much butter. My dishes were a little greasy (granted that's on me, but I normally wouldn't eat that much butter, lol!)

About Cookology at Ballston Quarter
Since 2009, Cookology Culinary School has offered cooking class experiences for adults and kids including birthdays, girl scouts badges, summer camps, family classes, and for adults we offer classes, team buildings, private parties, retirement and bridal events.
We get inspiration from the latest cooking trends to bring you truly entertaining classes that fit your budget and encourage you to cook, eat and enjoy fantastic food!
This year we have joined the virtual world, and utilize Webex to host all of our classes. When you purchase a class, you will immediately receive a link to the ingredient lists and recipes, as well as the Webex link.
We have two locations in Northern Virginia, Arlington and Sterling. We will be offering in-person classes when it is safe to reopen.
