Wednesday, March 26

Lunch: Broccoli Mac and Cheese Bites

Dessert: Cinnamon Monkey Bread

We make homemade mac and cheese (and trees!) even more irresistible by baking it in a muffin pan for our lunch. In the afternoon, we'll make a homemade yeasted dough to roll in cinnamon sugar for the most delicious Monkey Bread.

Thursday, March 27

PIZZA FRIDAY! We make the dough ourselves and top it with pizza sauce and mozzarella. In the afternoon, using our awesome sugar cookie dough and fondant - we'll create beautiful cookies to celebrate Spring by painting them with "watercolors".

Dessert: April Fool's Cupcakes

Loved:

My daughter and her friend attended and they seemed to love it! Cake pops are always a great idea, they loved making those!

Improvements:

I think the age range is too large. When 10-11 year olds are doing the same activity with 4-5 year olds it really changes the dynamic. I think they would enjoy it more if the time was structured more to their age group.

Student "That I got to play with some kids and I liked making the frosting for the churro donuts." Mom: Sign up and drop off/pick up were super easy. We feel super safe sending our kid for the day. It's a great day off option in the neighborhood.

Improvements:

Nothing at this time!
