Class Experience
In this 50-minute Pilates class, we’ll move through a series of exercises that warm up the body while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. With a focus on posture correction, core control, and breath - this class is designed to leave you feeling centered and ready for the day ahead. At the end, we’ll also leave a few minutes to unwind and connect with one another. You can expect a supportive, encouraging environment where all levels are welcome!

Shai had such a great time today! I really liked the open play for an extended time coupled with a small fun activity and snacks for the kids. Wish there were more events like this, we would totally attend!

the class lacked structure. The insructors were very sweet and nice but i think need to create more structure.

Lack of AC for starters- it also felt like canopy packed as many kids as they could in the class which made it not enjoyable. If there was a cap of 10 kids I think it would have been a lot more fun and effective for the instructor.

Good selection of art supplies, well organised albeit too busy (see improvements) and i like the Picasso theme. My little boy enjoyed it.
Improvements:
It was too busy, I am not a member and booked this as a stand alone class. The class was clearly oversubscribed with members just coming in from the free play space and it made it too rushed for the instructor I felt and a little chaotic. They need to be more diligent making sure adults register thier child. I have 4 more classes to attend with my pack and i hope they are a little less busy.
