Wonderful class! It was not intimidating at all for a complete beginner like me! Not only did I learn so much about painting, Miranda’s instructions taught me to really look at the flowers in a new way - seeing all of the shades of colors and the tiniest details. I loved this class and Miranda is a gifted teacher.

Little Art House was so much fun for my toddler and I. Margaret was so kind and welcoming and had such a fun and creative craft ready. I love that the class has a sensory box and play dough break in between to keep my toddler’s attention span. We will definitely be back!

About Little Art House
ABOUT US: Growing up in Columbia, Tennessee, with an art teacher as our mother, we always practiced creativity & imagination in our house. Every summer and school holiday, we spent hours painting, drawing, making playdough, creating found object collages, and much more. While we played, we were encouraged to reflect on our experiences in art-making to increase our curiosity and grow intellectually. These warm memories of risk and reward fueled by imagination are what motivated us to create the Little Art House. We hope to provide inviting opportunities for people to imagine, explore, and create in a comfortable, encouraging environment. OUR APPROACH OUR MISSION is to cultivate a learning environment for people of all ages to imagine, explore, and create. OUR VISION is to bring creative opportunities to artists of all ages and levels across Tennessee. As teachers in the public school system for years, we saw access to art and funding of the programs start to dwindle. We also saw a need for small, personalized class environments offering consistent classes with qualified teachers. At Little Art House, we are set up as a resource in the Nashville area to grow with your child from mini makers classes to young artists and beyond. P.S. Parents, we’ve got amazing classes for you too whether you are looking to learn a new skill or have a night out with friends!
