Class Experience
Classes are technique-focused, with an emphasis on learning the fundamentals of contemporary technique which draws from ballet, modern, jazz, and improvisational dance. Classes include a full-body warm up to build strength and flexibility, then progress to exploring larger movement sequences traveling through space and choreography.
Class Requirements
- Beginner Contemporary is for dancers with little to no contemporary dance experience.
Other Things To Know
- A non-refundable $30 registration fee is included in the tuition cost.
- Remaining tuition will be prorated based on date of withdrawal notice.
- Students may withdraw for a prorated refund until the last 2 weeks of the session.

I love the energy and thoughtfulness the instructor displays. I had a really great time learning how to move my body.

Honestly nothing, I think the instructor really did a fantastic job.

Haley Day is the MOST phenomenal instructor. She engages will all dancers in such a spectacular way; she provides adequate amount of time to all and strengthen them on their individual levels. Anyone can tell from the very first moment, she is intentional with every minute spent in studio with each person... she loves what she does and that comes thru in a wonderful way. Thank you for all you do Ms. Haley!
