Rock Creek Forest Elementary School - Rise & Shine Yoga (Grades K-5)

THIS CLASS IS FOR STUDENTS AT ROCK CREEK FOREST ELEMENTARY ONLY

Wake up and get ready for your day with an energizing yoga practice just for kids! In this before-school yoga class, children will learn yoga poses and breathing exercises that will help them to feel energized and focused for the day ahead, as well as tools to help kids relax and manage stress in their daily lives. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class.  Each class ends with a period of relaxation and aromatherapy.

This class is held before school - children will be dismissed to their school classrooms/assigned morning assembly area when yoga class ends.

Each child should bring their own yoga mat to class.

Tuesdays, 8:10-9:10 a.m. 

April 8, 22, 29

May 6, 13, 20, 27

June 3, 10

Session Cost: $195 for one yoga class per week

**if registering for both Tuesday AM and Thursday PM classes, total registration cost will be $320 - automatic discount will apply when registering for multiple classes per week**
