Class Experience
BOLD Arts offers a one week long, high energy, immersive dance camp where children dive into a thought-provoking theme and explore it through dance, music, and art. The week culminates in a child-centered performance filled with creative ideas, artwork, costumes, and dances created by the children. Campers hould expect to be challenged, have fun, make new friends, create, and be immersed in a joyful artistic experience.
Daily Schedule
- 8:30-9am – Rolling Drop-Off in the field at SNC, coloring, welcome activities- campers leave backpacks on table under tent
- 9am-10am – Dance and Movement Time all together- field or movement space
- 10:00am-10:30am – Snack and Play on playground
- 10:30am-11:15am – Art- Kindergarten classroom
- 11:15am-12pm – Campers in 2 groups-dance -movement space or field in different areas
- 12:15pm-12:35pm – Recess
- 12:35pm-1:15pm – Lunch
- 1:15pm – Music
- 2pm – Theater and choreography games
- 3:10pm – Pack-Up and Clean-Up
- 3:15pm-3:30pm – Rolling Pickup
Notes
Campers should bring a healthy snack, lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, picnic blanket or towel, and smock or oversized shirt every day to camp.
