I really loved the setup and how Sawyer demonstrated the process of everything that we prepared. The tv screens were a plus and the table display was setup like fine dining. The whole experience was so so joyful. Shout out to the team for making us feel very comfortable while attending to our needs. 😊

So much fun. Great experience and wonderful instructor. Chef Patrick was engaging, thoughtful and encouraging. We felt like we were cooking at home with a friend who happens to be a really great Chef. He kept us engaged with stories about food and taught us how to: properly hold the knife; when to add fresh and dried herbs and how to crack an egg. Finally, he taught us how to make beignets. We will definitely try this recipe at home and look forward to taking more classes with Chef Patrick.

Finding a way for amateurs not to use too much butter. My dishes were a little greasy (granted that's on me, but I normally wouldn't eat that much butter, lol!)
