Class Experience
Participants will practice a variety of gymnastic-inspired moves and learn to incorporate these skills into creative dance routines. The focus will be on building confidence, and coordination while working on a group performance to foster teamwork and creativity. What to Bring: Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, water bottle and a snack.
Other Things To Know
Class registration fees are non-refundable. The only exception is a cancellation due to teacher illness or weather conditions. In this case, we will offer a rescheduled date or will offer a refund. Please consider this when registering.
