Class Experience
Our NYC Kids Camps for toddlers is a transitional program specifically designed for children ages 16-24 months. All children in the Toddler Program must be confirmed walkers. Campers have the opportunity to build classroom skills in a positive and supportive environment within a small group setting. Alongside their parent or caregiver, each child becomes an engaged and motivated learner. This program is the perfect way to prepare children for the separation process that lies ahead in a 2's preschool setting.
*We are closed on July 4th. The (T/TH) group can arrange a make-up for that day by contacting us at admin@perryschool.com

Class Requirements
- Please bring a simple nut free snack and sippy cup to each class.

- 11:00-11:15 Snack Time

Other Things To Know
Parents and Caregivers participate in our Toddler program and need to be supportive and available to assist their child in all camp activities. We recommend parents register their children in a minimum of 3-4 weeks to assure consistency for the groups. We can work on gentle separation if the child is registered for more than 4 weeks and a plan is put in place between the family and teachers. Once the child has separated, the parent/caregiver will wait in a blind spot outside the classroom or activity area. This program is not a “drop off” and parents/caregivers must remain in the building for the duration of the Toddler Program.
Students are entitled to a full refund, which leads to a $25 cancellation fee per day, up to 30 days before the day(s) being canceled. No refunds will be processed past this point. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
What To Bring
- NYC Kids Camps includes all materials for art projects/sensory and class materials including art smocks. Children will bring their own snack (Nut Free).

Over the past few months, my daughter has been attending the Boundless Beginnings program at Perry School, and the experience has been exceptional. The standout feature is the Think Tank component—developed by the school’s founder—which focuses on early reading, math, knowledge-building, and critical thinking skills. Through this program, my daughter has learned to recognize words, including her own name, and grasp early math concepts—all in a fun, age-appropriate way.

Everything is perfect! Deeply grateful to the dedicated teachers whose hard work and commitment make this enriching experience possible.

My daughter absolutely loves the Boundless Beginnings program at Perry School. I think it’s one of the best Toddler programs offered in the downtown area. Dawn Lesley Stewart, the Founder/Director leads the Boundless Beginnings program and my child has the opportunity to explore the entire space, including an Art area, the Think Tank room, a giant gym/play room, and the Sound Garden.The classes are 90 minutes long and Dawn puts so much creativity and thought into the lessons each time we visit.

Amazing class! G loved the free play gym area and all the stations in the think tank. Dawn is wonderful with the kids. There was enough time to explore and we can’t wait to try the other offerings.

Hello Families,
Perry School is an 8000 sq ft, sunlit early learning center located at 136 West 10th Street since 2001. We offer enrichment classes and preschool programs for children ages 3 months through 6 years old. Our programs include NYC Kids Play, Baby Moves, NYC Kids Camps, NYC Kids Parties and our beloved Perry School preschool program ages toddler through 4 years.
