Family Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for family members of all ages to bond! These classes always include breathing techniques, poses, games, mindfulness practices, and songs. You can expect partner and group activities and lots of fun! These are designed for all abilities with plenty of modifications as needed.

It was great! Great class flow kept kids engaged. Also really great methods were used to introduce/reinforce mindfulness to the kids.

The class is so enjoyable. It is tailored to meet the needs and abilities of those who have opted for a chair style yoga rather than a traditional yoga. It moves along with serene music in the background and is so relaxing. The instruction is clear and supportive.

Sweet teacher and engaging
Improvements:
Started late and ended early, so felt a little bit like it wasn't worth the money. Also, I do think the class was a bit young for my 6 year old. Will have to try a more appropriate class for her!
