Next, prepare a creamy Spring Pea & Parmesan Sauce, a perfect complement to your pasta. Finally, bake Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Cupcakes, light and fluffy treats with a burst of fresh berries. This interactive class brings together the best of spring flavors for a fun, flavorful cooking experience!

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Parking in Ballston Quarter parking lot is recommended. Park on level 4 or 5, then proceed to Mall level 3.

The instructor is fantastic!! He made the class fun and interesting.
Improvements:
One of the students had a dirty pan. There weren’t any servers in the dining room. The dining room looked like a cafeteria, there was no ambiance, and we were very rushed to finish and eat our meals at the end. I’d expected more from a recreational cooking class. At least would have been nice if someone had offered me a drink menu! I would have loved a glass of wine.

About Cookology at Ballston Quarter
Since 2009, Cookology Culinary School has offered cooking class experiences for adults and kids including birthdays, girl scouts badges, summer camps, family classes, and for adults we offer classes, team buildings, private parties, retirement and bridal events.
We get inspiration from the latest cooking trends to bring you truly entertaining classes that fit your budget and encourage you to cook, eat and enjoy fantastic food!
This year we have joined the virtual world, and utilize Webex to host all of our classes. When you purchase a class, you will immediately receive a link to the ingredient lists and recipes, as well as the Webex link.
We have two locations in Northern Virginia, Arlington and Sterling. We will be offering in-person classes when it is safe to reopen.
