Class Experience
Our Adaptive Dance class is designed to assist children in using dance and movement to help foster self-expression. Adaptive dance is an opportunity to explore and experience the joy of movement within a supportive and creative class environment, regardless of abilities. All abilities and ages are welcome.
Other Things To Know
Cancellations for group classes can occur 1 week prior to the start of the semester for a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee.
What To Bring
- Comfortable clothing that allows for easy mobility

The instructor's energy and assisting the children when they're were physical, social or emotional challenges.
Improvements:
Maybe include more generic movement...I found that running and jumping were challenging for our child.

Joe enjoyed it I haven’t seen him follow directions in a group environment. Fun activities.
Improvements:
Joes auditory processing is slow so slowing down the directions would help. If the class stays the same. I think Joe will learn the routine
