These are same toys from previous owner; Climbing apparatus too high- my 2 yr old who’s very big for his age, had trouble getting up to each level.$18 too much for what is there. 3 crummy books only.

We did open play. It was very clean. Small area and well maintained. Nice variety of play spaces, my two children enjoyed it.
Improvements:
Not sure the bubbles should we done when place is at capacity. Too many kids running after the bubbles, all ages. My child collided with an older child, no one’s fault, but not the best.
