After Care - Middle School (5th-8th Grade)

After Care is available for students in PreK-8th Grade and runs in a block system:

• Block 1 begins at 3:15 dismissal, ends at 4:30 pm, and includes snack
• Block 2 runs from 4:30 pm to 5:45 pm

Wednesdays:

There will be extended snack time between 2:15 and 3:15 on Wednesdays, ahead of regularly scheduled B&Bs or After Care. 

After Care Pick Up:

Parents can pick up students at any point during their After Care block. If arriving before 4:30 pm or after the Block 1 dismissal is finished at 4:40 pm, please pick up your student from the new entrance on south Morgan. Please note the road is not closed off to local traffic at this time.

Late Pick-Up Policy:

Students who are not picked up during their dismissal window will automatically be enrolled in the next block of After Care.

If a student is not picked up by 5:45 pm when the school closes, parents will be charged a $10 late pick-up fee and an additional $1 per minute after 6:00 pm. If a student is picked up past 5:45 pm more than two times in a trimester, they can no longer stay for Block 2.
