GLOWGA - Step into a magical world of movement and light! Our Glowga Class (glow-in-the-dark yoga) combines fun yoga poses and creative games with glowing accessories to bring fitness and mindfulness to life. In this lively class, children will practice silly yoga poses, play fun and challenging yoga-style games, and explore calming breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Kids will refine cooperation, focus, and listening skills while cultivating self-esteem and body awareness. Glowga is the perfect way for kids to stretch, play, and shine!

Such a fun event! Moana was great, as well as the themed sensory activities. All the kids had such a fun time singing, dancing and playing!

Great play space with so much to entertain the kids. The clean up song at the end as well as the parachute with the ball is also so fun.
Improvements:
I was disappointed today to find that two of the children in the class had severe coughs with running noses. Both of these children were openly coughing throughout the play space. My household just recovered from colds and although we take the risk of having our child exposed to other children by coming to Blooming Buddies, I was hoping for better sick guidelines for when children can attend play at your space. I think the washing of hands is so great at the start of the session.
