Class Experience
Toddlers and young children need to explore all aspects of movement to promote, including balancing, rolling, going upside down, using new equipment, and dancing to different beats! Guided by an experienced teacher, we celebrate and practice all of these skills and more in our signature Little Fitness Adventures class! With a mixture of age-appropriate movement songs, tactile and gross motor games, and sensory activities, our students get their wiggles out while learning! Adults and children, please come wearing clothes that are easy to move in as adult participation is required. We can't wait to meet you and your little movers!

*This class requires adult participation.
*Please do not attend class if you or your child are experiencing symptoms of illness.
*Please come to class wearing clothes that are easy to move in and bring a water bottle.

The instructors' energy was very engaging! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome. I love how they knew Jiannis was new to the class and pronounced his name perfectly. He loves music and enjoys the class. The bubbles are a bonus. Thanks!

Ms. Elle is spectacular and so engaging! She lights up the room and knows all the kids' names. She is a great musician and singer. The activities are fun and engaging!
Improvements:
Could consider adding a different class/material on another day of the week. Additionally, I would love to see class packages, such as a deal for 10 classes.
