Let's build an enchanted garden! During this day camp, our group will spend the day creating faerie houses for the Zilker Botanical Garden Woodland Faerie Trail!
Each camper will get to create their own faerie house/structure to then combine together as a group. We will be using materials that are eco-friendly, biodegradable and natural to create a unique and whimsical addition to this fun community project. Installation happens during the 1st week of May at the Zilker Botanical Garden. This will be entered as a group project representing Crafternoon ATX.
Camp Crafternoon is a mixed age group. We plan our activities and art projects to fit the age of all our campers. Older kids 9-11 are encouraged to assist instructors and younger campers. Everyone is always welcome to be a community leader as well as share ideas with the group while we work together throughout the day.
- Please note that we will be outside for much of the day. Send your child in comfortable clothes to play in and get messy with.
- Do not drop off before 9am.
- For every 10 minutes a child is not picked up after camp has ended, a $10 late fee will be charged.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather. Please read our cancellation policy for more information.
*We are a PEANUT-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Other tree nuts are ok.

Sample Class Format
- 9:00am - 9:15am: Drop off
- 9:20am -10am: Snack
- 10:00am -10:30am: Warm up activity/ Outdoor Exploration
- 10:45am - 11:15: Project of the day
- 11:30am - 12:00pm: Lunch time
- 12:15pm - 1:15pm: Recess/group games
- 1:30pm - 2:00pm: Low energy activity/ chill time
- 2:00pm - 2:30pm: Final snack
- 2:45pm - 3:00pm: Parent pick up
Other Things To Know
If you need to cancel (prior to the 25 days before your start date) we will refund in full amount minus a $30 non-refundable deposit per child. Cancellations made within the 25 days of the camp start date or late notice are non-refundable.
