All-Day Art Camp (9 AM–3 PM)

🌄 Funky Charms Art Camp 🎨🌸
Unleash your inner rainbow and craft your own colorful and funky charms with polymer clay! Students will learn polymer clay techniques to create Millefiori-inspired spiraly and flowery pendants, hair clips, keychains, pins, magnets, beads, and more! While the clay is cooking, we will make artful tangles of twine and string. Campers will learn braiding and macrame patterns to create necklaces, bracelets, and cords to showcase their clay creations.
🎨What’s in store?
Project 1: Polymer clay beads and pendants
Project 2: Macrame and Friendship braiding
Young artists will create, explore, and play, making new friends and soaking up the fresh spring air. It’s an invigorating, hands-on experience filled with color, creativity, and funky charms.

All-Day Art Camp 9 AM–3 PM
- Extended Care 3-5pm Available
Lunch:
- Please pack your student a lunch to eat from home.
What to Bring:
- A water bottle
- One to two snacks
- A lunch
- Appropriate dress/shoes for outside play. We will take an outside break to stretch our minds and bodies! It helps us be better artists!
- An open imagination and a spirit of play!
Sample Class Format
- 9:00-9:15: Arrival/Settle In
- 9:15-9:30: Check In Circle
- 9:30-10:30: Art!
- 10:30-10:45: Outside Snack and Break
- 10:45-11:45: Art!
- 11:45-12:00: Clean Up
- 12:00-1:00: Lunch
- 1:00-2:30: Art!
- 2:30-3:00: Clean Up/Sharing
- 3:00: Pick Up
- 3:00-5:00: Optional Extended Care, Available for the Whole Week or Daily Drop In

I am inspired every week by the new themes and projects she has for the kiddos and love how it makes me feel like a kid again, exploring the world for the first time. About Sweet Ridge Studios
Our mission is to inspire Wonder and reward Curiosity to create lifelong learners and artists. When we Create we build community and in community we thrive.
We are located in the heart of Wheat Ridge Colorado right off 38th Avenue and offer dynamic and engaging art education for Everybody!
We have art classes for kids ages 3 to 18 as well as after school art clubs. We offer art camps when school is out during the Summer, school work days for teachers in both Jeffco and DPS and holidays. We host “Kids Night Out” the third Saturday of the month where you can drop your student off for an open studio style night of fun.
For Adults we have a rotating line up of classes and workshops as well as Date Nights the second Saturday of the month, Grab your partner, bestie or bae and come have a creative night out with us. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a new skill or refine what you already know.
In our teaching we focus on process over product and encourage play and experimentation in artmaking.
