Sensory Play & Music for Babies @ Fastbreak Studio

Join us for our sensory play and music class where babies are encouraged to explore using all of their senses. We will start class with a hello song to excite our sense of hearing.  Music, story time, animal sounds and baby safe instruments will be used throughout the class to excite their listening ears to encourage language development and speech. High contrast objects, puppets, brightly colored pictures, bubbles and games like peek-a-boo will allow the babies to explore using their sense of vision.  

Each class will include a chance to play in our sensory bins (beans, balls, water, paper, etc).  We recommend bringing a change of clothes to class so your child can go home dry (if they choose to play with the water). We will end class by engaging the baby's sense of movement through tummy time and free play.  We will bring out balls to encourage movement (crawling, walking, grasping and rolling/throwing). The teacher will also spend one-on-one time with each baby working on a simple move (lifting them up in the air or balancing on one foot or stretching their legs in a butterfly stretch). Class will end with parachute time where babies can stand, sit or lay under the parachute to feel the wind and see the bright colors above them move up and down in the ultimate sensory experience. We cannot wait to go on this sensory adventure with your little ones.
