Class Experience
Kids dive headfirst into the soccer universe, mastering the art of dribbling, trapping, and kicking the ball through a whirlwind of exciting drills led by expert educators and coaches. With pint-sized soccer balls, cones, and hurdles in tow, the little athletes soak up the teamwork spirit through friendly scrimmages at the end of each session. But most importantly, the coaches make sure the vibe is bursting with fun for everyone involved!
Sample Class Format
Typical Class Schedule :
- Stretching and exercise - running a few laps and listening games without the ball.
- Lesson 1 - skill focused time where children learn a skill such as dribbling, trapping, kicking, and the difference of offense and defense.
- Water Break
- Lesson 2 - Continuation of focused skill learning with a twist or challenge.
- Soccer Game - A game consisting of two teams. Depending on age, we will present the idea of teams and team building through modeling.
- Breathing exercise and Final Goal
Other Things To Know
Stellar Soccer LLC maintains a non-refundable policy for all fees and tuition payments. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, coaches will establish a make-up plan. Refer to registration form for complete details.
Covid-19 Precautions
While some of our coaches may continue to do so, the use of facemasks on children and adults is completely optional.

- We provide soccer equipment such as balls, goals, cones, etc.

The coaches really get to know the kids and are able to cater to their unique personalities - really critical at this age to get them to participate. My son can be hit or miss at these types of classes, but the coaches figured out ways to make him comfortable and get him to play on his own and with the group. AMAZING!

My son is obsessed with Coach Alex and Stellar Soccer! The classes are fun and non-competitive in spirit, but he's also learned a ton of skills and I'm amazed to see him play these days and how well he's controlling the ball. It gets an A+ for being age-appropriate, fun, positive, and gentle, while also teaching him a lot of structure and skills.

Coach Gabe is awesome and Alex is great to help with scheduling and changes. They are VERY east to work with and flexible. Great with the kids!

Stellar Soccer is a play-based program built through a rich curriculum set by early childhood educators. Lesson plans are created in advance and are reshaped to the development of each pod. All soccer classes are held outdoors throughout the NYC area!
