None at all!! The instructor is always playing her cell phone after she played the background Music, just let the kids play by themselves. The everything she do is turn on the music, the lights, and turning on the bubble machine and play the goodbye song!!!!what a easy job!!! I want to do this job as well!!!! So cozy(lazy)!!!!!!
Improvements:
In this situation, I don’t think you need an instructor for open play, waste for the position and salary. You only need a Janitor to make sure the Gym place is clean and tidy.

The place was so filthy. My son will not be attending again. Getting the place cleaned or getting new rugs would help.
