To support our coaches in crafting tailored lesson plans and to foster a reliable community, we kindly request that you notify us by the 20th if you DO NOT plan to attend class in the upcoming month. This is crucial to your success and ours.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and for those who miss class due to work commitments or illness, we offer makeup classes on-line once a quarter.
