Class Experience
In this class you will learn the essentials of childbirth and prepare for an informed and empowered birth. We discuss the physiology of labor, what to expect, coping tools, interventions, informed consent, inductions, labor positions, immediate postpartum and more!
This class is appropriate for anyone preparing to give birth, from home birth to planned cesarean.
You’ll leave the class feeling confident, encouraged, and ready to meet your baby!
You can take this class anytime during your pregnancy, but I recommend taking the class from 28-36 weeks so the information is fresh in your mind.
Partners are welcome and encouraged to join.

Sample Class Format
- Class fee includes the cost of the birthing person plus one partner/support person.

Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund or 100% Sawyer credit if requested 10+ days in advance.
Participants can choose to bump their registration to the next class/comparable class. Registrations can only be rescheduled 1 time.

Jamie was completely welcoming, she provided useful information and also invited us to share with each other any other helpful things, and she made the space feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Improvements:
The only thing that comes to mind is something Jamie already mentioned, which was that we ended up not quite having enough time for one or two things. Since everything we did do was so great, it's sad to think we missed something. But I know timing is very tricky, especially when discussion is allowed, so I'm sure that will get better with time, as she's already aware of it.

Biggest Little Baby is based in Reno, Nevada. We are your one stop shop for the years folks are trying to conceive through the preschool years. We offer services from family yoga to infant massage to prenatal education and everything in between. We house an additional 7 businesses inside of our building—all related to pregnancy and early family life. We encourage you to come on in for a tour to have a full picture of what all goes on inside this magical space.
We center community, education and support in all of our offerings.
