Class Experience
This class invites young Voyagers into a world where movement and mindfulness meet magic. Each session is a playful adventure featuring a variety of activities – from dance and creative movement to yoga and imaginative play. Children explore different ways to express themselves physically while also engaging in mindfulness practices like focused breathing, short meditations, and sensory exploration.

Attend class via Zoom video
This class will be hosted on Zoom video conferencing platform. You will receive an email 30 minutes before class starts with a link to the class and access instructions. We recommend you make sure your device is up to date and meets all system requirements before class.

About Gaia's Little Guardians By Goddess Unlocked
Gaia's Little Guardians is a youth program offered by Goddess Unlocked, designed to integrate spirituality with holistic education. Though it operates under Goddess Unlocked, it has a separate website to focus specifically on children and young teens. Our classes range from imaginative adventures for Seekers (ages 4-6) and engaging spiritual practices for Voyagers (ages 7-10), to advanced spiritual practices for Navigators (ages 11-15), fostering a deep connection with nature and self-awareness.
